One of my favourite things about being pregnant was making time to relax. It helped that I knew relaxation was also super-good for baby 1 and then baby 2 – or peanut and pecan as they were
known back then!

Being pregnant was the first time in my life that I really made relaxation a priority. And I found that after I finished my hypnobirthing classes (during my first pregnancy), I really missed that dedicated time to relax.

So I have created relaxation classes just for pregnant mamas and mamas-to-be, with guided relaxations, calming breathing techniques, and a chance to chat and be heard in a safe supportive space. Plus, weekly discussions on a birthing theme – eg fourth trimester, birthplace, waterbirths, how to have an amazing C-section, birth environment – and other topics you’d like to discuss.

These group classes are held in my super-relaxing garden studio and are limited to 6 women per class. These classes are for all pregnant mamas, whether you’ve waiting to do your hypnobirthing class, you’ve finished your hypnobirthing classes and you’re waiting for baby to come (and you’re missing your classes/scheduled relaxation time) or you’ve never done hypnobirthing before. 

The course will run in 4x weekly blocks, so you can dip in and out, or keep coming for loads of lovely relaxation time and bonding with other amazing mamas/mamas-to-be. The cost for a four week block is £42.50
