The Wise Hippo Birthing Programme

The Wise Hippo Birthing Programme is a complete antenatal education programme that focuses on empowering you to have a positive and calm birth, whatever happens on the day. This practical, fun and informative course is split into four 2.5 hour sessions. Classes run in the evenings or weekends, in private or group sessions.

It is recommended that you and your birth partner begin your classes between 20 and 32 weeks of pregnancy, so that you have plenty of time to practice all the techniques you’ll learn. But, if you’ve discovered hypnobirthing later in your pregnancy don’t panic, I run amazing one-day workshops in Caversham with a pregnancy yoga teacher. I also offer intensive classes spread over two-days.

A handbook and seven relaxing mp3s are provided to our expectant clients to support their practice at home
