The antenatal class in Caversham made us feel much more positive about the pregnancy and birth – calmer and better informed. Deb followed by Tessa worked really well. Deb was very good at setting the case for mindset techniques, which really set the scene for the yoga. Would highly recommend – it gives you so much confidence  to go into birth and it was great ti meet like-minded couples – Rachel and Aaron

Being able to involve my partner and introduce him to the subject to explore further was really useful. It’s a very positive way to prepare for birth – Maria and Antonio

An ideal confidence boost, no matter how much or little you know about birth already – Rowan and Dan Johnson

Concentrated and focused content with practical exercises that are really useful. – Stavroula and George

Practical tools, practice exercises, ideas and variations. Really god visualisation of how the uterus works in labour. – Niki and Jen

Helpful and detailed. Plenty of opportunity to ask questions made me remember to trust my body and get out of my mind – Rachel and Will

Very practical reaffirming about natural birth process – Jennie and Craig Oatham
